
Vegan icecream – Raspberry & Chocolate Hazelnut
When I don’t spend time in the pool I just love cooking and being creative in the kitchen. I’m also very intrested in nutrition and am very strict with what I include in my diet. I hope this post will give you inspiration of how to make your own healthy vegan icecream.

In my opinion cooking is the perfect moment for being creative and at the same time investing in your body and spirit through pleasure. I also want to add, I like it to be simple. As many of the recipes that I post these recipes are ment to be an inspriation. Everyone can make their own twist of it. These recipies are perfect if you already have bananas in your freezer. I usally put the bananas in the freezer before they get too brown in case I don’t eat them. All ingredienses I use in this reciepe are organic.

Base recipe:
- 5 frozen bananas
- 400 milliliter coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla pod
Raspberry flavour (use the base recipe and add):
- 3 deciliter raspberries
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemonjuice
…mixed it all together in a mixer or a blender

Chocolate & hazelnut flavour (use the base recipe and add):
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1/2 tea spoon
- 1 teaspoon hazelnut oil
- 1 pinch of salt
…mixed it all together in a mixer or a blender and add:
- 1 deciliter hazelnuts (chopped and light roasted)

…mix it all gently with a spoon.
Voilá! The icecream is ready to eat!
